Cosmetic Tattooing

It is a process also known as micro pigmentation or semi-permanent makeup, where I insert natural pigment colours into the skin. Pigments are metal-free, different to ink and 100% safe and non-toxic. Pigments fade over time allowing you to get a touch up, and eventually change the colour or shape if you wish. Normally cosmetic tattoo should last 2 to 3 years depending on skin type, but a yearly touch up is recommended.
Feather Eyebrow Tattoo

Feather Brow is a beautiful natural tattooing technique that looks like real hair. Now you can have the eyebrows that you want. Fuller, arched, thicker, longer ends or simply fill the gaps.
Powder Eyebrow Tattoo
$370 (2hrs)
This method creates a more solid look, similar to that achieved with a brow powder. This technique is more lasting and is a great option for any age and skin type, especially people with oily skin.
Combination Eyebrow Tattoo $400 (2hrs)
This technique involves creating feather strokes at the start of the brow, fading out into a natural ombre.

A relaxing, non-invasive treatment that uses gentle air pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system, improve circulation, and reduce fluid retention. It also helps reduce puffiness, support body contouring, and leave your skin looking more toned and refreshed.

Pre Appointment

  • Please do not arrive late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will not be able to accomodate you and you will lose your deposit. If you are more than 5 minutes early, please wait until your scheduled time.
  • Please arrive solo to your appointment. For health and safety reasons only one person at a time is allowed in my studio. Sorry, due to strict licensing laws no children can accompany you to your appointment. If you are in need to bring your baby with you, please discuss this with me BEFORE your appointment.
  • As per Health Departement regulations, cosmetic tattooists are no longer allowed to supply numbing cream. All clients must buy their own topical aenesthetic. It is called Emla or Numit and can be easily found as an over the counter in any pharmacy.
  • Do not come hungover or have any alcohol in your system 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
  • Do not take any ibuprofen (including Nurofen) 24 hrs before treatment as it can thin the blood making it difficult for the pigment to enter the skin.
  • Botox/lip fillers should be avoided 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after treatment.
  • No facials or sun exposure 48hrs before treatment.
  • You can have your eyebrows waxed 48hrs beforehand, otherwise I will style them for you.
  • Blood thinners (let me know if you are on any medication you are unsure about), fish oil, Vitamin E and peels should be strictly avoided 7 days prior to your appointment.
  • If you are booking in for lip tattoo and you have suffered from cold sores (even once), the tattoo may flare up the virus. Buy Samciclovia Tablets from the pharmacy (may have a different name, ask the chemist). Take them right after the procedure.
  • If you have oily skin consider getting powder or combo brows instead of feather touch as it will last better on the skin.
  • Do not wear lash extensions if getting eyeliner.

After Care

  • No water, make up, moisturisers, cleansers or other products for 1-2 weeks.
  • You might be a little red or swollen after treatment.
  • Do not pick scabs or pull off any flakey bits.
  • No tinting over eyebrows until full healed.
  • I will supply your after care cream. Do not soak your tattoo in cream, only use tiny amount.
  • Lip tattoo: no kissing for 4 days after treatment, no spicy food or hot drinks until the following day.
  • Eyeliner tattoo: no water, make up, moisturisers, cleansers or other products (inlcuding eyeshadow and mascara) for 1-2 weeks.
  • When your cosmetic tattoo is healed you can start washing your face as usual.
  • You will need a touch up in 4/6 weeks. Without touch up session your cosmetic tattoo won't last.
  • Lip tattoo is expected to fade by 50%. Sometimes a third touch up is needed.
  • Eyebrow tattoo is expected to fade by 20-30%. Sometimes a third touch up is needed.
  • Brows may seem dark while healing and flakey bits will fall off and will make brows look patchy and colourless. It is normal, the color will resurface once healed.
  • PATIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR COSMETIC TATTOO RESULTS. True results are not revealed until week 4 of the healing process. Please be mindful that all skin heals differently and results vary through each individual. If you do not achieve the same result as someone else it is because it is a skin dependent procedure.
  • MAKE SURE YOU CORRECTLY FOLLOW THESE AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
