The heart of cosmetic tattooing treatments are the pigments. Perma Blend pigments contain no hazardous AZO dyes, no polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, no heavy metals and no iron oxides. The heavy metal and iron oxide free composition reduces the risk of allergic reactions. They are also vegan friendly and not tested on animals!
